Legore ES

Construction of a new two-story classrooms/library building; cement plaster and metal panel wall envelope with single ply thermoplastic roof; free standing canopy structure for lunch shelter. New playground areas, landscaping/irrigation, hardscape, and related demolition.

Mt View HS

	Construction of a new one-story (11) classroom building complete with two science labs and extensive site work throughout the entire campus. Fire Alarm was upgraded throughout the entire campus at a later time as well.

New Lexington ES

Construction of a new two-story (10) classroom building, complete with Library, Media Lab and Computer Lab. Asphalt play area, landscape/irrigation and associated flat work.

Potrero ES

New two-story classroom building and one-story specialty classrooms building (Library, Music Room, Computer Room, and Science Lab). New Lunch Shelter for 200 students, new entry pathway, play areas, fire access area, and administration parking lot. Renovate existing administration building to new classrooms and existing Library to new administration offices.

Rio Hondo ES

Construction of a new two-story classroom building with attached library. New play areas, landscape/irrigation, site work and parking lot.

Rio Vista ES

Installation of headstart portables with associated hardscape and landscape, new fire access lane, and drop off zone.

Rosemead HS

New two-story 18 classroom building, renovation and addition to existing Library, construction of a new one-story weight room, renovation to existing graphic arts and culinary arts classrooms, along with practice fields, landscape/irrigation, and hardscape. Existing running track was replaced with a rubberized material, electronic scoreboard, and Musco lighting was installed.

Shirpser ES

Construction of five new buildings on an existing campus to replace some existing relocatable classrooms; one Administration building, one Library building, and three Classroom buildings. The classroom buildings are two-story tall and the rest are one-story tall. New parking lot, elevator tower, landscape/irrigation and flatwork.

S El Monte HS

	Construction of new one and two-story buildings, housing the following functions: District Maintenance Shops, School Maintenance Shops, and District Warehouse Building. New exterior site work to include; covered bus bays and paving, covered van bays and paving, Northerly and Southerly parking spaces, landscaping and enclosing walls.
