Data Entry Clerk
Job
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
typing, filing, sorting mail, answering incoming calls,
making necessary deliveries between the job sites, and
general office work.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years Data Entry Experience.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Ability to type 60 wpm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the construction industry/school districts
preferred.
Willingness to travel between job sites.
Project Manager
Job
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
maintaining project cost control, coordinating
activities at various construction sites, scheduling
construction, supervising subcontractors, administering
job site safety programs, coordinating testing and
inspections, and attending project status meetings.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years Civil Engineering or Architectural
Background.
A minimum of 5 years Construction Administration
Experience.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Expedition, and
Suretrak.
Must have AutoCAD experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Familiar and understand Uniform Building Codes.
Experience in the construction industry/school districts
preferred.
Willingness to travel between job sites.
Administrative
Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
provides administrative support to an individual or
offices. Collecting information, maintains files,
schedules appointments, produces correspondence and
otherwise relieves officials of minor administrative and
business detail. Performs a variety of tasks. Works
under general supervision; typically reports to a
supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity
and latitude is required.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as
administrative assistant.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Experience with standard concepts, practices, and
procedures within a construction or project management
office is preferred.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
goals.
Willingness to travel between job sites.
CAD Designer
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
developing/maintaining/creating construction CAD
drawings for civil architectural and electro-mechanical
projects, site inspections, attend construction
meetings, attend pre-bid meetings, and etc.
Job Requirements:
A minimum BS degree in Architecture.
A minimum of 3 years Design and Preparing Construct
ration Document Experience.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Expedition, and
Suretrak.
Must have AutoCAD experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
